RITZ dining table by Protrade Malta
The RITZ dining table is a beautifully handcrafted round dining table featuring a unique industrial steel X pedestal base and wooden top. These tables are crafted to order, ensuring that each table features unique wood grain open knots, butt joints, colour variation, distress marks and rustic welds.
A round dining table seems to take up less space in a room due to its shape. I love sitting at a round dining table because it creates more personal and deep conversations, due to the fact that everyone around the table can keep up with the conversation, talk to each other and have eye contact. For some reason, a round table emits a cosy atmosphere, because there is no sense of empty seats at the table!
A round dining table is also perfect for playing cards and board games with family and friends, simply because it is easier for everyone to reach cards, counters, dices and more on the table.
My recommendation for optimal seating facilities is to leave a 60cms seating space per person. This will allow guests to sit comfortably and eat without bumping their elbows.
How Can Essential Oils Help You Sleep?
I talk to so many people, both women and men who have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. With my growing interest in Essential oils, I have found that the best way to treat this prevailing problem is by diffusing oils aromatically in the bedroom to create a peaceful environment before bed. Lavender and Bergamot Essential oils both have well known relaxing properties, therefore diffusing them in the bedroom creates a peaceful environment before bed.
I try to maintain a regular sleep schedule by going to bed at the same time and waking up at the same time. Creating this rhythm helps regulate the body’s internal clock.
Put to use the various essential oils for sleep. Make sure your bedroom is a quiet, dark, and relaxing environment, which is neither too hot, nor too cold. Your bed and pillows should be supportive, yet comfortable. Your body needs time to shift into sleep mode, so spend the last hour before bed doing a calming activity such as reading or taking a warm bath.
For the book lover, the dreamer, the traveller, the lover of all things pretty and chic. We’ve designed a beautiful reading nook with tons of space for books, treasures and memories.
I’m sharing the steps I used to create a reading nook in one of my latest interior design projects.
#1 Pick a quiet, out of the way place for your reading nook.
#2 Add a place to store books
#3 Add comfy seating such as the RE-VIVE recliner by Natuzzi to your reading nook.
#4 Reading nooks feel extra cosy with a small table to place a warm cup of tea or coffee on.
#5 Good lighting is a must in a cosy reading nook.
#6 Add a footstool to a reading nook.
