Meet the founder of Dino Fino Home, Dino Fino
Getting to know the thinkers behind some of our island’s most popular and prestigious brands is one of our favourite past-times. Our very own Bea had the chance to steal the brains behind Dino Fino Home, Dino Fino for a chat about his dreams, goals and mission for his brand.
You’ve grown up in this industry, what inspired you to kick off your own brand?
Yes, that’s right. My love for design was instilled in me at a very young age and I’ve grown up in this industry. I’ve celebrated milestones, witnessed great successes and I’m now so excited to have the freedom and flexibility to introduce bigger brands and more exclusive ranges to the Maltese islands – this is a dream come true for me. My goal is to give lovers of extraordinary design the opportunity to transform their space into a dream home, my aim is to give our clients the chance to make great investments in brands which are timeless and which will add a spark of joy in their home or commercial premises.
What are your goals and aspirations for Dino Fino Home + Contract?
We’re customer-focused and brand-driven. I want my team to give an exceptional buyer’s journey from the very first time a prospective client visits our social media pages, website or showroom right up until delivery and beyond. I want our clients to trust us and know that we are just a call, email or visit away at any point. I aspire to become the brand clients recommend. Ultimately, I want to introduce the most intriguing brands, the ones who push design benchmarks, are innovative, promise high-quality craftsmanship and are beautifully unique to the Maltese islands because I believe that our homes and commercial spaces make Malta a true hub of design excellence.
Which brands have you introduced to the Maltese islands?
We’ve proudly introduced quite a collection including Rastelli Cucine, LAGO, Arketipo, Adriani & Rossi, Quadrifoglio Group, Ciao Cucine, Aran Cucine, Siloma, Marinelli Home, Samoa, Cattelan Italia, SCAB Design, Tonin Casa, Acrotexture, Zanini Porte. What’s more, we’ve launched a custom design department which can design anything a client can dream of – this exclusive feature is gaining popularity.
What should people expect when they visit your showroom?
First and foremost they should expect friendly smiles, familiarity and warmth. My team of local and international experts have designed a state-of-the-art space which is exquisite, it’s really one-of-a-kind and we’re very proud of our showroom as we’ve poured our hearts and souls to make sure that it is memorable. Above all, clients should expect to be given the five-star service they deserve. We are constantly investing in team training because our employees are our most precious resource, therefore, clients can comfortably trust the advice that they are given and know that they are in very good hands.
What are your plans for the coming months and 2020?
We’ve just launched our website, we’ve revealed new collections, introduced more brands as well as announced some interesting and exciting collaborations and marketing campaigns. I’ve personally travelled with a number of team members to brand headquarters for training sessions which have proven to be crucial to our instant success. We’re laser-focused and very excited about all that’s coming up. In 2020 we will open our third outlet this time a virtual showroom so our clients can purchase our beautiful furniture from the comfort of their home – this we are certain, will be a show stopper. I invite Bdesign followers to stay tuned.
Special thanks to Dino Fino
