Spotlight On SING

We’re ending the year and starting a new chapter shining a light on a beautiful kitchen which deserves to be in the spotlight because apart from being affordable, modern and trendy it brings with it a relaxed aura that will help your space stand out. Say hello to one of Melody’s latest additions and a Bdesign favourite at RLiving – SING

Here are 5 reasons why this kitchen has topped the Bdesign charts.

1. Cultivate a unique space

Promoting individuality and cultivating a unique space in your home is something that we strive to achieve each and every time we’re commissioned to design a home or commercial office. There is a huge choice of finishes for you to choose from to guarantee that the heart of your home will reflect your personal style.

2. Let there be flow

As in all other Melody collections, the SING is not just about designing a space for you to cook and prepare meals. The SING creates a flow between kitchen and living areas, it brings together multi-functional spaces that fit together perfectly and ever so harmoniously. SING brings balance and style to your home making it a particularly brilliant choice for open space areas.

3. Storage is the secret to success

This beautiful range interacts with the rest of the house thanks to its unconventional modularity which lets you create spectacular islands with upright frames arranged in the centre of the room, to divide the kitchen from the dining area and the living room. This kitchen’s bases and tall units are equipped with baskets and drawers suitable for storing particular items while the roomy shelving with an aluminium framework and glass or wood-surfaced shelves and optional back wall are so smart and convenient. For small spaces, this kitchen is a dream come true.

4. Be smart with your space.

The peninsula table the team have come up with is genius. You can use it as a prep area, a work-surface, an additional eating area when you need more spaces at the table – all you have to do is pull the top outwards, freeing it from the supporting base, and two further legs descend from underneath the top. This cool solution is especially recommended for people who don’t have a dining room but don’t want to forego the pleasure of sharing a meal with friends.

5. Detail, detail, detail

The wall units with tilt (or swivel) opening are especially convenient and designed to prevent accidents because the raised doors ensure you do not bang your head and increase access and your view of what is inside the wall unit. There’s more. New tall units join the updated SING collection. Tall fridge and larder units are also available with a single full-height door.

We promised 5. Here’s one more thing.

The cement effect is hands down beautiful. It faithfully reproduces the colour variations of the original material making it such a stunning statement piece. We particularly love the industrial metropolitan style it offers – it’s new generation, fresh, chic all combined in one.
