The bathroom is a space where beauty and care are the magic words! The bathroom must be kept clean and hygienic. Adequate storage space will enable you to create a clutter-free environment which in return will make getting ready seem faster.

I will be suggesting some ideas below which can be adapted to the main bathroom space or a tiny powder room.

Before taking on this task, dedicate some time to clear out your bathroom of any unused products. This will enable you to find out how much storage and bathroom furniture you actually need.

Free Standing Furniture

In a moderately sized bathroom, freestanding vanity units will create a luxurious feel. Having a statement piece like this creates a focal point in your bathroom and brings in your personal style whilst adding a moderate amount of storage

Storage Ladder

A ladder provides a place to hang towels and baskets holding extra toilet paper. The ladder’s advantage is that it doesn’t protrude much from the wall, making it ideal for small bathrooms. Vertical shelves are more efficient and make items easily accessible.

Wheel in a Trolley

A trolley is easy to move from place to place and saves you from having to install shelves. Use one tier for baskets, and another for perfumes or other items. A good idea would be to place a vase with flowers to freshen up your bathroom.

Wall Unit

The easiest way to add bathroom storage is by hanging a wall unit. These units come in various sizes and shapes and whilst they are perfect for storing bathroom essentials they also decorate your walls. This black metal frame with wood shelves looks perfect with the rest of the bathroom space.
