Size of print: 35cm x 45cm

This work was part of a solo exhibition titled Chroma Terra (2018). The body of work draws inspiration from old and new forms of mapmaking, such as traditional topographic maps and contemporary chromo-stereoscopic maps, as well as old and new art forms. The works explore the ways in which landscape and colour-field artworks could be reinterpreted effectively through the use of stereoscopic painting and printing methods. This is done through the study of various fields of knowledge, primarily geology, stereography, cartography, landscape and colour theory.
